Irene’s newest art technique completed May 27, 2007.
This is my sister’s art. She finished this the other day recovering from some fairly minor day surgery. Looks a little picassoesque don’t you think? She received a big portion of the “art” gene whereas I received only a little, little bit. Her granddaughters apparently have received a good portion of the “art” gene as well. I was impressed with some of their art which hung in her apartment. Anyway just thought I would share a bit of this family trait passed along from my mother and who knows where further down that line. Maybe I’ll find out more about that later. Will keep you posted.
It has been an entertaining evening for me today. This all thanks to my big sister Linda. She can make me laugh sometimes. I am hoping I have had some success in reciprocating. It seems she was having a dickens of a time (dickens, that must come from charles dickens and all the trouble he wrote about in his stories, well you know dickens of a time) getting her blog just, just right. Since I was on-line and I had nothing better to do, she asked if I could be of some assistance. She gave me carte blanche on the picture so there you go. If any of you want to see what I am talking about, click on her Kootenay korner link on the side bar and you will see what I mean. I found this picture of her and I from another lifetime and for her another planet I guess. I’m on the left and she’s on the right sitting in our little winter clothing on on the stairs leading into our back door on Bannerman. She can change the pic if she wants, IF SHE CAN. If she can’t well she can always go with the original picture from the theme page. She can get so frustrated at times. I remember she was just the same when we were little. I am completely the opposite particularly when it comes to computer stuff….. give me a challenge and I will stick with it unitl I figure it out. My imperfection is I cannot ask for expert help most times and will try, try to figure it out myself. This modus operandi is not time saving unfortunately, but it gives me some kind of satisfaction to figure it out on my own. Anyway. I hope, hope she got a kick out of this. Hey Linda. Talk to you soon.
(Neah, I added something to the blog!)
